# How do PERQ Pools work? - Simple

Deposits in PERQ Pools are redeposited into vaults. These vaults generate stable yield that is streamed to the projects offering the Pool. 

This means that your idle capital is put to work to earn money for the project's treasury. In return, the project rewards you with their token.
