**Public Sale** — Up to 120,000,000 $PERQ, $0.0038 per token. 100% Unlock, all proceeds go to DEX LP.

**Liquidity** — 160,000,000 $PERQ. 100% Unlock. Seeding DEX liquidity and to be given to market makers if needed.

**Treasury** — 160,000,000 $PERQ. 3 month cliff, 13 month vesting, to be used in special circumstances. Never to be sold on the open market.

**Airdrop & Farming**— 80,000,000 $PERQ. 50% Unlock, 12 month vesting. May be used to amplify $PERQ Earn Pool Rewards to support the Flywheel early on.

**Ecosystem & Marketing** — 200,000,000 $PERQ. 30% Unlock, 1 month cliff, 12 month vesting. To be used for key activations as well as potential CEX listings.

**Advisors** — 80,000,000 $PERQ. 9 month cliff, 18 months vesting.
